Make chia pudding for the perfect breakfast meal or snack on the go! (see recipe below)
You can also use whole seeds in your smoothies, juices, and salads.
These precious seeds are extremely high in essential Omega 3 fatty acids, and have all nine essential amino acids, forming a complete protein!
Blend 1 cup raw milk/coconut milk/almond milk, 5 dates, and the juice of 2 oranges.
Pour this mixture into a small bowl and add 1/3 cup chia seeds. Peel another orange, chop into pieces, and add to bowl.
Let this sit for about 15 minutes, stirring once in a while. The chia seeds will expand and you’ll be left with a thick pudding.
