It’s Friday and I feel like having cookies for breakfast.
Less than 5 main ingredients: Oats, Nuts, Dates and Raisins + a bit of Vanilla and Cinnamon and you’ve got yourself some delicious raw cookies dough.
Blend completely 3/4 cup nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, or a mix) and 3/4 cup rolled oats. Set aside.
Blend 1 cup dates, 3/4 raisins, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp cinnamon.
Add nut/oat mixture and continue to blend. Depending on what consistency you prefer, add more oats and raisins for a chunkier cookie. Form into whatever shape you’d like.
